Reserve and Purchase
Our site uses an order form for customers to reserve and purchase travel services. We collect your contact information (like your email address), financial information (like your account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like your zip/postal code and age). Where necessary, we will share information about you and your purchase with the cruise line, airline, hotel, or car rental agency you designate. We will only provide the necessary information to ensure your travel arrangements are confirmed with these travel suppliers. The travel suppliers will use your credit-card information to process your ticket or reservation.
Contests
We may at times run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like their email address) and demographic information (like their zip/postal code, age, or income level). We use contact data from our contests to send subscribers information about our company and promotional material about the destinations they have selected. Stated Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per person, based on double occupancy, for specific room categories and subject to availability at time of booking on selected departure dates. Airfare, transfers, port charges and government fees are additional unless otherwise specified. Rates are valid at time of posting to the internet. Offers are capacity controlled and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Some restrictions and blackout periods may apply. Collette Vacations is not responsible for errors of omission or information that may occur as a result of the transfer of information from selected third parties, technical or human error.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on our Homepage. This way, our subscribers are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify users via email. The Collette policy is to not promise a discount off Collette prices (either explicit or implicit). Percentage-off offers are prohibited, as are statements that say, "We discount Collette tours." This policy is in affect for all types of online advertising, including (but not limited to) Collette promotion on a company web site, search engine or email marketing campaign.
Collette maintains the right to refuse bookings from any partner who does not comply with this policy to our satisfaction.
