The tour guide was great. The scheduled tours and free time were the perfect mix. Only downsides were the car pick up from the Paris airport was a mess and we were told we would get an unlimited Metro pass but didn't. But the dinner inside the Eifel tower was so memorable and beautiful and something I will never forget!

The length of the tour misrepresented in the add. I don’t consider a day of the tour starting when my flight is at 6 p.m. and you consider that a day. Also, last day of tour was get up at 6 am and head to airport. Transportation to and from excursions was via subway, most days. Not. Collette’s usual high quality transportation we have come to enjoy with Collette. Some excursions were extra. Felt for the cost of the tour they should have been included. It makes me question going with Collette in the future. Will also be evaluating the value of future tours with Collette. My friend and I have enjoyed past Colette tours because we felt that even thou the cost was higher the quality and value was there. This tour did not live up to the same quality,

Everything went smoothly. Sites were well selected. Guide was great. Excellent hotel.

And to much walking, no consideration for all people they walk too fast they really didn’t care about us. We told them several times to slow down, but they did not listen.

The tours were exceptional. The Tour Conductor was great. She knew I had a hard time walking and she held my hand so I wouldn't get lost. Ida has a good heart, It's not just a job for her. My flight going home was cancelled and Collette made all the arrangements for the new flight and transfers.

Our guide was fantastic! She was great at taking a few tough situations and making them work. She is amazing!

Trip was fun. Last night was suppose to have a special dinner on the river. The dinner reservation was for the wrong time. We were taken to a regular restaurant and only offered fish or duck, of which I eat neither. Last night was a disappointment. That day, we were taken on a subway in which 2 fellow travelers were pick pocketed. I think Collette should arrange transportation other than the subway on busy days. The guide did remind us each day for the chance of pick pocketing.

the tours had us walk around neighborhoods where there were no toilets available. I don't mind walking a lot but I do mind not being able to use a restroom when I need to. neighborhood tour guide seem oblivious. I think touring a neighborhood is a really bad idea.

Everything was good. I had no complaints about the tour or the tour guide. Our tour guide was great and I would definitely do another tour with him.

Gave me plenty of free time to explore Paris. Provided additional things to do. My tour guide, Ben Slavin was exceptional.

1st night, Eiffel Tower and Seine River Tour was my favorite memorable experience..

The day we arrived in Paris should of been a day at leasure. We were up for 36 hours and had to wait for our hotel room for 6 hours and the same day had our tour to the Eiffel Tower and our dinner on the riverboat, too much to do on the day of arrival.

Tour was good except for the arrival day.

Pros - Great Itinerary, Sergio was a very knowledgeable guide. Tour moved a a good pace with some free time to explore on our own. Had a chance to meet people and make new friends. The dinners that were provided were excellent, and there was breakfast included at the hotel which had great selection and great food. We found all the places we visited with the tour to be very interesting and well selected. I am glad we did the Spotlight on Paris instead of moving around and changing Hotels. there is plenty to do in Paris for the entire week. Cons - The incoming trip could have been scheduled better. We arrived in Paris at 6:30am local time and our hotel was not ready until 4pm. The shuttle driver from the airport told us the rooms are usually ready by about 11 or 12 for those arriving early. We were exhausted from travel and our first meeting was at 4:30. After pleading with the front desk, we were able to check in at 2:30pm. I would think Collette would have a stronger relationship with their partner hotel that they use to allow, or make arrangements for their customer to check in a little early, like maybe noon. a lot of people were getting a bit grumpy. Some of the extra paid excursions were cancelled due to lack of participation, so what we wanted to go on, we had to arrange for and schedule by ourselves. It worked out, but was unexpected. We should have been told in advance, that not enough people signed up so we could have made these arrangements ahead of time. On 2 separate days, the tour bus that picked us up did not have any air conditioning to the point it was very hot and muggy and very uncomfortable. This was not exactly Collettes fault, but they should have used a subcontractor with better equipment. Overall, would have given 4 stars if the arrival times wouldn't have been so early compared to the check in time and the equipment for transportation would have been in better shape. I would recommend arriving the day before the tour starts so the first day is not so unbearable. this should have been a "recommendation" by Collette. I would probably try a different tour company next time. I do have to add that Sergio Palma, our tour guide was fantastic and did an excellent job with some of the obstacles that he had to overcome.

Our favorite activity was the daytime Seine River Cruise. I highly reccommend it

This was an excellent tour. The tour director, Luca, was wonderful. The tour included everything you would want for an introduction to Paris. I only did one if the extra excursions, the Paradis Latin nightclub which was amazing. Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a feel for Paris.

Everything was top-notch. Airport transfers were wonderful, both in the U.S. and Europe. Our tour director, Luca Carrano, was attentive, organized, and charming. Our hotel and staff were first-class.

The boat cruise on the Seine, followed by our Eiffel Tower dinner, were magical experiences.

The tour leader was great. The places we visited was good. My complain about the tour is that there is not enough time to actually go around and see everything. The day we went to Versailles Palace, it was a huge rush. I am not sure why we had to come back by 1 pm. we did not get to see any of the gardens. we did not get any chance to visit the gift shop or sit and have a cup of tea.

Overall the tour was a fun experience. The other people in the tour were very kind and nice.

We are a repeat customer. We love the itinerary & the tour guides are spectacular. I love not having to plan on my own & rent a car or navigate the buses. Accommodations have been first class . Side tours are excellent but disappointing when only 7 out of 10 sign up.

The tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful! The kickoff event at the Effiel Tower was Wonderful! The tours were also great! Felt there was a lot of down time. Also location of hotel out of the way and not a great area. Hotel was Excellent ! Breakfast, concierge service and cleanliness was perfect.

We enjoyed the trip and the many sights we saw. We did get to see alot of Paris in the short time we had there. We thought the tour manager could have been more efficient. She shortened the times on some of the excursions without an explanation leaving us with some free time that we were not prepared for. Also we would have liked the included dinners to have some choices.

Again some of the tours were shortened. I loved Versailles but needed more time as we had an hour and a half less than was planned.

My first trip abroad and it went extremely smooth. The whole process from booking to arriving back home was happily uneventful. Every person from Collette was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything was above my expectations.

Loved the trip. The guide, Jeffrey, did a wonderful job. Being there during France's World Cup win certainly added to the excitement of the trip.

All of my transfers, meals, guided tours, and guide were excellent knowledgeable friendly and I had a great time... I would quickly recommend Colette to anyone looking to enjoy a seamless and excellent trip especially for the first time in a foreign place.

Two out of four tour guides were excellent. Everything was on time and they shared a lot of history of Paris and the surrounding areas..

Loved dinner at the Eifle Tower. Excursion to Mount Marc was disappointing. Wasted time at a shop waiting for the owner to wait on us. She couldn't have cared less. Tour guide did not give us ample time to shop or point out interesting sights. Movies were filmed there and he did not point this out.

Only one thing after I made my final payment I heard nothing from Collette for months. It REALLY made me nervious so I called and talked with a stressed out customer service rep who could and wanted to do nothing to reassure me that everything was going as it should. Then we waited again until about a week and a half before we were to leave we received our final documents. Still we had nothing about our tour manager. When we went on tour we found out what was going on about our tour manager. Her father-in-law had just died and she wanted to be with her family. Entirely understandable. Still we were feeling ignored during the time between making our final payment and just before it was time for us to leave.

We have no complaints about the tour or the managing of the tour.

Montmartre was an incredible experience and Kristin was a fascinating guide.

I have traveled with many of the large groups like Collette Trafalgar and Perillo Tours. This was a fun trip and Colette did have some very nice places for us to see in Paris. Breakfast was included just about every day and only a few of the dinners so we were left on our own to make our own choices. The hotel was very nice and centrally located right near the Arc du T'riomphe. Our tour guide was very good although just a little bit disorganized and I did like the size of the group which was around 32. My only issue with this tour was the transfer from the Paris airport to the hotel as we waited just about 2 hours and finally Colette agreed for us to take a cab and we would be reimbursed at the hotel. I would do Collette again but I have to admit I did like Trafalgar

Nice variety of what we did with the chores and saw all the main attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Versailles. We were there just for six days so it was the perfect length of time for us with plenty of time for us to do what we wanted to do on our own. Visited the champagne Valley on a an Excursion and it was well worth it.

I loved my Collette tour. Our group was like a little family. Our tour leader/guide was *Personal details removed by Feefo*. She was fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about her. She met everyone's individual needs over and above. She is a caring, skilled tour guide that knew her facts about Paris and answered every question about history. She made everyone feel welcome and an important part of our tour. I saw all of the highlights I wanted to. ( I do wish that the optional tours were guaranteed. Fortunately, we had enough people for three of the four optional tours signed up.) I loved everything about our Spotlight on Paris tour. The people were lovely. The sights were amazing. I got to use the 7 years of French that I had in school. The coordination of the rides to and from the airport were awesome. Emmy met me at the airport. It was wonderful. The hotel was lovely. I loved Versailles. It was amazing seeing the Eiffel Tower blinking after 11:00 at night. I could have used a couple of days more of the tour. Maybe it would be nice to have touring for 7 days and 2 days of traveling.

My favorite place was Versailles, Montmatre, and La Mairee. I loved seeing the Jewish district as well. It was wonderful going to the Louvre and dinner at the Eiffel Tower. In our extra time I saw Museum D'Orsay that was great!

Collette did awesome job including all of the major attractions (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Notre Dame). The bus service to/from airport, during the tours was very professional and made us very comfortable in an unfamiliar setting. Our tour guide made sure everyone was included as much as possible.

We did not receive a packet prior to our departure with the itinerary pamphlet included. Our Collette representative was very helpful, friendly, and always was available to answer any question, of which there were many.

I had previously had taken a "Spotlight Tour to South Dakota" which was good. There was TOO much free time with very little direction from the tour guide., of course, the rating was a 2 so I just didn't realize what a 2 was!!! The welcome and farewell dinner and show were fantastic just everything in between was self motivated which did include Versailles, on my own, the Louvre, on my own, the Eiffell Tower to the top, on my own, Arc de Triumph, on my own, etc.

I used my travel agent to book this tour. That went smoothly. I requested to be picked up at the airport and was met by a private car...a Mercedes at that. The driver was a pleasure to talk to and told me what some of the sights were, during the drive to the hotel. I would recommend using this company and I will be booking another tour.

I thought that a 5 day tour would not even come close to being enough time in Paris; but I was wrong. We started the tour with a remarkable supper in the Eiffel Tower; followed by a cruise down the Siene River. The scenery and history is phenomenal and just as you are returning to the dock; it is 9pm and the Eiffel Tower puts on a light show! Our Tour Manager, Evan, was the most delightful and helpful person. On two occasions, he found a way to give us time and fulfill our request to stop at the Trocadero for photos, as well as gave us time to go inside Notre Dame Cathedral. I can't say how happy I am to have taken this tour. The only thing that I did not enjoy was the Paradis Latin Cabaret show on the last night. Great costumes, but it is a song, dance, show breasts and voila - done. Next song, same thing, and repeat for the night. The aerial show and juggler are old carnival men that probably started when the Paradis opened. But...as it is booked for the farewell dinner, there is no way to avoid this event.

A bit confusing at times but all turned out OK.

The Hotel room we had was in bad state of repair. Paint peeling off the walls, Mold in the bathroom. Also, the tour manager was very good up to the last day when a group going on the bus to the airport. The driver was waiting on the Tour manager to give the go ahead and the tour manager was no where to be found. Luckily one of the people on the bus had the managers phone number. His excuse was that someone was very ill. Well the ill person was going nowhere but the people on the bus had to get to the Airport to get through security and get to their flights. Priority is key in these situations.

The guides seemed somewhat young and not as mature as our tour guides in Italy.

The hotel while very nice, was undergoing renovations, which rendered the rooms unusable during the time that construction crews were working. This was especially hard after an overnight flight, sightseeing and discovering on return to the hotel that construction would continue for another three hours. On a positive note, our room was very nice, the staff was very helpful and the location very good.

This was our 4th tour with Collette and the itinerary was very good. Not so good was the room. On every tour with Collette we are given a room with an excellent view of the air conditioner, tv dishes and other maintenance equipment. Other travelers have views of the Eiffel Tower, etc. We give our requests to Collette but they seem to be ignored.

All the tours and activities were very good except for the Paradis Latin. The food was terrible. My steak was a hockey puck. But more importantly, the seating arrangements were very dangerous. People were packed in like sardines! Where I sat, I would not be able to get out if there had been a fire. The back of my chair was right up against the person's sitting behind me. To leave the building, we had to push the tables away from ourselves in order to stand up and get out. In the USA this situation would not have been allowed.

Plenty of information given to make our decisions. Really helps that they have been there. Highly recommend them and going back for our next trip.

Our guide was truly great. She was always on time , accommodated each and every person and kept things flowing even if she ran into challenges. Before reaching our destinations she would give us instructions and stories about the next stop. She truly made the difference between using a touring company or going it alone. The dinner choices were fabulous on atmosphere, although the food was mediocre. The cabaret was a great was to end the tour!

The purchase experience was easy. I would recommend Collette to others.

As a program coordinator, I acknowledge the work that goes behind the scenes for each of my trips. Through Collette and my travel agent, I have peace of mind when I travel. My favorite trips are the short ones--5 to 7 days.

As an Angeleno who is spoiled by Southern California's sunny weather, I finally experienced winter--it was cold and chilly in Paris! I wouldn't of wanted it any other way in March--no crowds, friendly Parisians, and food/shopping galore. I enjoyed our night club tour, the friendly hotel staff, and our tour leader. She was on top of everything before I even asked. Thank you, Collette, for hiring knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic staff.
